In a world of self-promotion, we believe it is important to practice playing second fiddle. As we seek to follow Christ, who was the ultimate servant, we consider serving in God’s kingdom to be the ultimate privilege. As individuals, making a difference can seem impossible, but as we harness our collective strengths and gifts, together we can achieve big things for the kingdom of God.
Below is an overview of the various areas where you can volunteer, as well as the department contact for more information:

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: This team is the first to greet you as you walk through the door each week. If you are friendly and like meeting new people, this might be the team for you. Contact Martina Sancen.
HOSPITALITY: This team hosts our welcome and resource table each week. From baking some sweet treats, brewing coffee and preparing gifts for visitors, the hospitality team runs one of our central gathering places each Sunday morning. Contact Angelica Gerald.
OUTREACH: Have a heart to reach the lost? This team is in charge of planning and executing outreach opportunities throughout the city. Contact Darcy Johnson.
PREP: This team is responsible for setting up and breaking down our service area each week at Lincoln Park High School. From setting up classrooms for the children's ministry to hanging signage so people know where to find us, the prep team is an invaluable asset to our church. Contact Asad Gerald.
PRAYER: The prayer team is for those who are committed to a life of prayer personally, for our church and one another. This specific area of ministry requests participation in corporate prayer on Friday nights and Sunday mornings, as well as individual prayer throughout the week. Contact B Fisher.
TECH: The tech teams run sound for the worship team and media for our projection system. They are responsible for setting up instruments, microphones and cords for Sunday morning worship. If you are technical or have a good ear, let us know. Contact David Hedger.
